Dear Sirs!
ZAO «Evalar» declares the open tender for 300 mt shipment of Microcrystalline Cellulose (MCS-102) which will be held from May 2011 to April 2012

The tender includes 4 stages:
1.  Applications (commercial quotations, where price, conditions, terms of payment, delivery terms are mentioned) -  till December 31th  
2. Analysis of commercial quotations – till January 20th
3. Negotiations – till January 28th
4. Election of winners – till February 2th

Two participants will be acknowledged as the winners. The orders will be distributed among them as follows:
The first place - 80% of total order volume (240 mt)
The second place - 20% of total order volume (60 mt)

The requirements for suppliers for making contract:
1. The set of charter documents
2.  The sample of the product and the set of documents certifying quality (certificate of analysis, state registration certificate)
